UK Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries will be made on normal working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed and if it is possible, it will incur a surcharge; please contact us for details.

Whenever possible goods will be dispatched within three working days and will be shipped by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another reputable 2-5 day courier service. With the exception of standard first class post, all deliveries require a signature.

If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipients' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a suitable delivery date. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the courier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative a signed receipt of delivery.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Tried the B Complex and Immune Defense first and have been using for a few months now. My energy is better and I feel better overall. I don't know if it's the B complex but I had a week abroad with no insect bites at all - this never happens! I am allergic to bites and normally covered in weeping blisters, all my friends were bitten but not me. I'm hoping it was down to this as nothing much else has changed. I trust this brand and their ethics and customer service is great.

Good dosages of each B vitamin

At �15 for 4 months worth of B vitamins makes these very affordable at just 12.5p/day. Especially as they are such good quality and all natural ingredients. They come packaged in a tall, slim bottle with a nicely printed label which shows clearly the dosage of each B-Vit. The dosages are very good, as most B supplements only include the RDA, instead of a clinically-efficacious amount of each. This on the other hand includes as much as 1,800% of the RDA of Vitamin B-1. While the dosages are high, there are still supplements out there offering higher doses, but those are aimed for people with particular needs, such as those with high alcohol intake or with high blood sugar, both which requires a larger intake of B vitamins. This is very well suited to those of us with no particular need for high doses, but who want to take more than the RDA (which is effectively the absolute minimum required to stave off disease, but usually not enough to show other benefits). For the price and dosage I'd gladly recommend this supplement.

Good value vitamin B support for four months

These vitamin B complex tablets are very good value for four months worth of them. They are mercifully easy to swallow and do not taste horrible or unpleasant smelling, useful as you get older and need the additional support or just like to look after yourself with a B complex boost

Great combined supplement and helping lot post lockdown

I take a variety of supplements everyday and really believe I benefit from them.I ordered these for my eldest daughter a mum of 2 teenagers with a stressful job.Over lockdown her skin,hair and nails have suffered and she has been under lot of stress and now she is coming back out in to real world back at work she is finding she gets tired and irritable.These seemed perfect combination supplement for her.They arrive in decorated box and capsules are in slim tub with all details of supplement ingredients and dosage written clearly on label.I like these are made in UK as I find reassuring that they have passed all our health requirements.The dosing is 2 pills a day if need boost and 1 a day for regular use.You receive 2 tubs so 120 capsules that are not small but are easy enough to swallow with glass of water.My daughter has been take 2 pills with her breakfast each morning and after a week she does feel like like they are doing her good.She says feels less irritable and tired and her hair and skin is feeling better.Now I believe in supplements but I couldn’t swear all benefits are from supplements as I also gave her a face serum and deep conditioner for hair but I do believe that that the supplements are helping along with taking a little better care of herself and she is happy to keep take.She plans to continue to take 2 a day for another week and then lower dose to 1 a day.She has had no adverse reactions and says taking them is just habit with morning coffee and toast ,so much so she now ensures she eats something every morning.I think these are a great combined supplement and I will update review in month and upgrade stars to 5 if improvements continue

Good Dosage of B complex in 1 or 2 capsules

Call me daft but i apply this advice to myself.... I remember 30 years ago taking stray cats to the vet to get checked over and the vitamin B injection being standard practice to give them a boost and get them back on their paws again. They always rallyed after. The vet told me it was good for stressed cats. Taking a good quality vitamin B complex is a good idea for me (and anyone else )when under stress. It really helps. I've always stuck with a couple of major brands, even getting some sent from the states and on occasion the product never arriving. So i am thrilled to have come across this UK brand at a reasonable price. I'd never heard of them before so it's nice to be able to support a less known supplier. You some vitamin C mixed in with a whole bunch of B vitamins ranging from 93% RDA for B9 up to 1818.08% RDA for B1. The dose is up to two capsules a day. I like the idea of spreading the dose over say two meals as i find a large B complex dose can repeat on me. I will be looking out for this brand in future. It's not especially important but i like the packaging with these. They look less medicalised than most.

Not that easy to swallow for me, package good and good price amount

I was looking for a high quality vitamin b complex like these for a quite long time, so got lucky enough to get these ones. Not that easy to swallow, for me, at least, as the pills are quite big for me. The packaging looks great and good quality product. Price seems high, but is fair when supply last longer and such good ingredients
