Shipping & Delivery

UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey

Standard shipping is FREE and will take 3-5 days.

Expedited shipping is available at a charge £4.00 and will shorten shipping times to between 2-4 days. 


European Countries

Standard shipping is £6.00 and will take 5-10 days. 


International Shipping

Standard shipping is £12.00 and will take 10-17 days.  


UK Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries will be made on normal working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed and if it is possible, it will incur a surcharge; please contact us for details.

Whenever possible goods will be dispatched within three working days and will be shipped by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another reputable 2-5 day courier service. With the exception of standard first class post, all deliveries require a signature.

If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipients' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a suitable delivery date. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the courier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative a signed receipt of delivery.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.


European & Worldwide Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs are as stated above and will be added or calculated at checkout.

Our products/gifts can be shipped internationally, although local restrictions may apply. These are levied at the port of ingress on a 'consignment by consignment' basis and we cannot therefore predict if they will be charged and are unable to influence if and how these may be levied. You will be responsible for these charges as levied. We constantly monitor the customs policies of individual countries and reserve the right to decline any orders to countries if we have concerns relating to the safe delivery of your product/gift or countries that are likely to impose restrictive duties.
