Returns, Refunds & Distance Selling Information
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days, in exchange for a full refund (excluding the original cost of delivery).
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please ensure you take enough postal insurance to cover their value.
All goods returned should be in saleable condition - unopened with all seals still intact. You will need to pay the cost of any return postage.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the goods back in saleable and undamaged condition.
This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example if goods are faulty or not as described. If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately. The above terms will apply, however, the return postage will be paid for by us.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to arrange shipment of the product you want to send back. Information of your order is also required so we can supply a refund or replacement.
