PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Payment shall be made in pounds sterling. The exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may also charge you an additional administration fee.
The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. Birch & Wilde Ltd is VAT registered and as such VAT has been included in the purchase price of all products. Our UK VAT registration number is: GB 312 4805 34

All products listed on our website are subject to availability and apply only to Birch & Wilde. At times some products listed become unavailable, if so will be contact you to update you and suggest a possible replacement. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the products at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
All prices are quoted and products are sold by us on a delivery duty unpaid basis. You may have to pay a customs fee or import duty before the product can be delivered to you. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable depending on the local laws of the jurisdiction of delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for this and it is your duty to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred jurisdiction before placing an order with us.
Orders are dispatched on receipt of cleared payment by your chosen payment method (from the selection accepted via our website) via the online checkout system.

You should never exceed the stated dose or recommended daily intake.
You are advised to consult your doctor prior to use of these products especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or if you suffer from any health condition or disorder. If you suffer any adverse effects, you should discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.
Not all of these products will be suitable for vegetarians of vegans - in purchasing this product you accept that you have checked the individual packaging and product information in order to confirm if the product if suitable for your individual needs.
Birch & Wilde health and dietary supplements are not medicines. They will not prevent, diagnose, restore or correct any medical conditions or treat or cure any ailment. They are not substitutes for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Birch & Wilde health and dietary supplements are manufactured in GMP certified facilities, in accordance with both HACCP and ISO9001.
Unless expressly shown on individual product packaging, all Birch & Wilde health and dietary supplements are manufactured in a facility that handles nuts, shellfish, milk, soy, egg, gluten and products thereof.
RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days, in exchange for a full refund (excluding the original cost of delivery).
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please ensure you take enough postal insurance to cover their value.
All goods returned should be in saleable condition - unopened with all seals still intact. You will need to pay the cost of any return postage.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the goods back in saleable and undamaged condition.
This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example if goods are faulty or not as described. If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately. The above terms will apply, however, the return postage will be paid for by us.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to arrange shipment of the product you want to send back. Information of your order is also required so we can supply a refund or replacement.

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
On your first order you need to complete your contact details and provide a password. This allows you on subsequent visits to simply type in your email address and password to save time on your next purchase. To register with us you need to be 18 years or over, and you warrant that the details provided by you on registration are true, accurate and complete in all respects.
GIFT VOUCHERS
If you are the purchaser, please carefully check the delivery email address you enter. It is your responsibility to do so and we cannot accept responsibility for a gift voucher being delivered to, or used by, someone other than your intended recipient if the email address entered is incorrect. In addition, we cannot take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that your recipient has received their gift voucher, and it the responsibility of the intended recipient of the gift voucher to keep the voucher and voucher details safe and secure.
From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in spam filters, and it is the recipient's responsibility to check these filters. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient's email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient's mailbox or any other factors outside of our control. If a refund is issued, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two). We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against Birch & Wilde shall be governed by UK Law without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the birchandwilde.co.uk website shall be an appropriate county court located in South West UK.
