Vitamin B Complex Dosage
Take one capsule daily with water and food, or follow the serving recommendation on your product label.
If your label specifically permits two capsules daily, the serving can be increased to two capsules according to the directions provided. We recommend following the stated daily serving rather than referring to different strengths as a “medium” or “high-strength dose.”

- 19.99mg Vitamin B1 — Thiamine Hydrochloride (1,818% NRV)
- 20mg Vitamin B2 — Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium (1,429% NRV)
- 20mg Vitamin B3 — Nicotinamide (125% NRV)
- 20mg Vitamin B5 — Pantothenic Acid (333% NRV)
- 12.5mg Vitamin B6 — Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (893% NRV)
- 150μg Vitamin B7 — Biotin (300% NRV)
- 186μg Vitamin B9 — Folate, as Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF (93% NRV)
- 10μg Vitamin B12 — Methylcobalamin (400% NRV)
- 10mg Choline — Vegan Choline Bitartrate
- 5mg PABA — Para-Aminobenzoic Acid
- 10μg Inositol Powder — USP/NF
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose vegetarian capsule shell, brown rice flour and rice extract blend (rice extract, rice bran, thickener (gum arabic), sunflower oil).
What Does Each Ingredient Contribute?
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)
Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. It also contributes to the normal function of the heart.
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, normal red blood cells and normal vision, and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin / Nicotinamide)
Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal mental performance. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B7 (Biotin)
Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal hair and skin.
Vitamin B9 (Folate)

For women of childbearing age, the permitted folate claim regarding pregnancy should only be used where the product and serving meet the applicable conditions for that specific claim.

It also contributes to normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, blood vessels, teeth and gums.
Choline
Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and normal homocysteine metabolism. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.
Inositol
Inositol is included as an additional ingredient in our formula. Unlike the eight B vitamins, inositol is not classified as an essential B vitamin. We include it as part of our carefully considered formulation.
PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid)
PABA is included as an additional ingredient in our formula. It is not one of the eight essential B vitamins and is not presented as a source of an essential vitamin or as a treatment for any health condition.
