D-Mannose Dosage

Simply take two capsules per day for a 1000mg intake of D-Mannose and 200mg of Cranberry Extract. For a higher-strength dose to help overcome an active UTI, take two capsules twice daily until your symptoms improve, and two capsules per day thereafter.

A single bottle of Birch & Wilde D-Mannose & Cranberry Extract includes 90 capsules, enough for up to 45 days, depending on the D-Mannose dose required. Our D-Mannose capsules are excipient free and have a natural rice flour base. Each capsule contains:

500mg D-Mannose, 100mg Cranberry Extract (36:1 extract equivalent to 3600mg), Gluten-Free Rice Flour, Hypromellose Veggie Capsule Shell
