MINDFULNESS CARD CATEGORIES
Gratitude - Each card invites you to do a different gratitude activity. The provide an opportunity to take a moment to stop and appreciate the things that make you happy. The gratitude cards are designed to remind you to look out for the smaller daily things that make you smile. The practice of gratitude (especially using journals and notebooks) has been shown to improve happiness levels, enhance empathy and reduce negative feelings. It is also helpful in boosting mental resilience and, emotional health and self esteem.
Journal - The Journal cards provide questions to help you look inside and figure out what you might want to change in your life (if anything!). Reflection through Journaling is an incredibly powerful to view your life from a different perspective, and give you ideas of what you might want to do differently. It can also be helpful, if you pull the same card on more than one occasion, to think about whether you can answer the question in the same way or what might have changed in your life that affects the answer.
Kindness - Every kindness card provides a different action designed to offer kindness towards the world outside. It is proven that random acts of kindness release hormones such as oxytocin and serotonin, and these increase happiness and energy, and help reduce stress and anxiety.
Reflection - The provide you quote to prompt you to reflect on different aspects of life. When you pull a reflection card, simply take 5-10 minutes to focus on the quote, and how it might apply to your life, and think deeply about the meaning as it applies to you.

Simple daily rituals can help you to be present in the moment, slow down, and reconnect with your own actions and life path.
