Ingredients - serves 2

1 scoop (25g) vegan vanilla protein powder
1 orange
¼ orange peel
1 tbsp. roughly chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 cup (240ml) water
½ cup (120ml) fresh orange juice
3 ice cubes

What you need to do

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Sounds yummy! I would scrub the oranges first though as the skins are commonly sprayed with fungicide!
