Naughty (but very nice!) S'Mores

Ingredients

40gm Dark Chocolate
27gm Digestive Biscuits (or similar)
56gm Marshmallows

Directions

1. Place half of the chocolate onto one of the biscuits. Place two marshmallows onto a skewer or long utensil. Heat the grill and hold the marshmallows slightly above the heat.

2. Continuously turn the marshmallows for even colour. Roast until desired doneness.

3. With the marshmallows still on the skewer (or utensil), place them on top of the chocolate and put another biscuit on top. Gently press down while removing the skewer (or utensil).

4. Repeat these steps until the ingredients are used up. Enjoy!

Hints & Tips

Leftovers - Best enjoyed right away.

Serving Size - One serving is one s'more.

Make it Vegan - Use vegan marshmallows.

Gluten-Free - Use gluten-free cookies instead.
